Tyrone Fahie focuses his practice on civil litigation, regulatory matters, and complex disputes. He represents clients in state and federal courts, providing strategic counsel on constitutional claims, statutory interpretation, administrative procedures, and risk exposure.
Tyrone brings a unique perspective shaped by his work as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska, where he litigates civil actions involving state agencies and leads data privacy enforcement efforts addressing consumer protection and emerging technology issues. His experience also includes criminal and juvenile matters through the Douglas County Attorney’s Office and the Children’s Justice Clinic, where he advocated for clients in a range of courtroom proceedings.
Before entering the legal profession, Tyrone built a career in technology and product management with companies including Nike and TD Ameritrade, where he focused on consumer identity platforms and internal systems. That background informs his practical, solutions-oriented approach—particularly in cases involving data, technology, and regulatory compliance.
Tyrone earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers and received multiple CALI Awards for academic excellence. He also holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
A United States Navy veteran, Tyrone remains active in the community through his involvement with the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s alumni boards and other professional organizations.
