With more than two decades of experience in corporate, financial services, technology, and real estate financing law, Rob Seiler provides clients with practical, business-minded counsel on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. His work has spanned global markets, giving him a unique perspective on the legal challenges and opportunities businesses face in today’s interconnected economy.
Seiler has led negotiations on high-value commercial agreements, supported financial technology and payment system innovation, guided clients in real estate financing and development matters, and built in-house legal functions for growing companies. His experience also includes operational support for day-to-day and other general business matters, allowing him to offer comprehensive guidance that aligns with both immediate business needs and long-term strategy.
