Philip Jeffry Abraham is an attorney at Smith Pauley who focuses his practice on business law, corporate transactions, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters. He advises businesses of all sizes on entity formation, contract negotiation, risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution, helping clients navigate legal challenges with practical, business-focused solutions.
Philip brings a unique combination of legal, business, and accounting experience to his practice. Prior to joining Smith Pauley, he represented employers, insurers, and corporate clients in litigation and workers’ compensation matters across multiple states. He also gained valuable in-house experience with Valmont Industries, where he supported domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
His background in accounting and business administration, combined with his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, allows him to approach legal issues with a broader understanding of how they impact business operations, growth, and long-term strategy.
Philip is committed to helping clients achieve their goals through thoughtful counsel, responsive service, and practical guidance. Outside of his legal practice, he has dedicated time to serving entrepreneurs, tenants, and individuals pursuing U.S. citizenship through a variety of legal clinics and community-focused initiatives.
