Kelly R. Davis is a business and litigation attorney at Smith Pauley who advises clients across a range of industries, from entrepreneurs and small businesses to established financial services organizations. She provides strategic guidance on commercial agreements, corporate governance, employment matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

With more than 20 years of legal experience—including serving as Associate General Counsel at Axos Clearing, LLC and founding her own firm—Kelly brings a practical, business-minded approach shaped by both in-house and private practice. She focuses on delivering clear, actionable solutions that support growth, manage risk, and protect what clients have built.

She also has extensive experience handling complex litigation matters in state, federal, and tribal courts, as well as advising on corporate transactions and business operations.
