Callie G. Williams focuses her practice on estate planning and related matters, helping clients safeguard their assets, protect their families, and achieve peace of mind for the future. She brings a practical and compassionate approach to her work, ensuring that each client receives personalized guidance tailored to their needs and goals.
Williams earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where she gained experience in probate and trust matters, and she holds a B.A. from the University of Nebraska–Omaha.
In addition to her legal practice, Williams is committed to professional leadership and community service. She serves as Treasurer for the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section, and is active with the Omaha Bar Association and the Midlands Bar Association. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Ambassadors Worship Center, reflecting her passion for community involvement.
At Smith Pauley, Williams concentrates on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate, expanding the Firm’s capacity to provide thoughtful and strategic counsel to individuals and families.
Outside the office, Callie enjoys exploring Omaha’s vibrant food scene and spending time with family and friends.
